Description of the Virtual Tour Hosting Service by Evenorm
- This service is free for customers for one year.
- Customers can use their own web hosting service to display the virtual tour if they wish.
- After one year, customers must renew their hosting service.
- This service only includes virtual tours and does not cover other services such as databases, content management systems, or external links.

1. Hosting Plan Registration
- Hosting plans are registered under a specific email address. This email must be valid and cannot be changed after registration. All communications related to the hosting account, including expiration notifications and usage alerts, will be sent to this email.
- Hosting plans automatically expire at the end of the purchased period unless renewed by the customer.
- 3DVista sends three expiration notifications:
- One month before expiration
- One week before expiration
- One day before expiration
- The customer is responsible for renewing their hosting account. Evenorm is not liable for any damages resulting from non-renewal.
- After plan expiration, virtual tours stored on Evenorm's hosting will no longer be accessible and will be deleted 30 days after the expiration date. The customer will be notified one day before deletion.
- This does not affect files stored on the customer's personal servers.
2. Storage Capacity
- Customer data is not stored on Evenorm servers but on Google Cloud Platform or similar service providers.
- If the service provider changes, customers will be notified.
3. Pricing and Invoicing
- The customer agrees to pay the amount specified on www.evenorm.com.
- Payment and Activation: The service is activated after an invoice is issued and the payment is completed.
4. Liability
- Evenorm is not responsible for customer data stored on third-party servers (including data loss, inaccuracy, or corruption).
5. Bandwidth

Each hosting plan includes a specified amount of storage space (GB) and daily bandwidth. The maximum daily bandwidth is three times the amount of storage purchased.

- ✓ If 1 GB of hosting space is purchased, the maximum daily bandwidth will be 3 GB.

- If the daily bandwidth limit is reached, the service will be suspended until the next day. Customers can monitor their bandwidth usage in their control panel and increase it if needed.
6. Hosted Content Review
- Evenorm does not control hosted content and is not responsible for it. However, if any illegal content is detected, Evenorm reserves the right to remove it immediately without prior notice.
- Customers must have the necessary rights to use trademarks or copyrighted content in the service.
- Evenorm reserves the right to cancel or refuse service without a refund and remove any inappropriate content.
- After the service ends, all user data will be permanently deleted. (Local projects will not be affected.)
7. Contract Termination
- If continuing the service becomes unfeasible, Evenorm may terminate the hosting contract with 30 days' prior notice via email. In this case, the remaining amount will be refunded proportionally.
8. Confidentiality Agreement
- Both parties agree to keep the contents of discussions and contract information confidential and not disclose them to third parties without written consent.
9. Personal Data
- Evenorm processes customer information only for proper service management, business communications, and invoicing. Data will be provided to relevant legal authorities if required.
